On March 3, 2025, Dr. Konrawan Rattanaburi, a faculty member of Walailak University International College, visited Dr. Upalat at the School of Social Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, Waseda University, Japan. The academic visit was supported by the 2025 International Mobility and Publication Advancement for Collaborative Research (IMPACT Fund) provided by the Center for International Affairs (CIA), Walailak University.
The visit is part of Dr. Rattanaburi’s research project titled "A Qualitative Study on the Role of Digital Innovation in Supporting Social Enterprises in Thailand." The project focuses on how digital technologies enhance the operations, impact, and sustainability of social enterprises within the Thai context.
During the visit, Dr. Rattanaburi and Dr. Upalat exchanged academic perspectives and explored opportunities for future collaboration. This international engagement is a significant step toward expanding research networks and fostering meaningful academic partnerships.
Dr. Rattanaburi expressed her gratitude to the Center for International Affairs for making this collaboration possible and for supporting Walailak University scholars in their global research endeavors.
