Students from Walailak University International College participated in the Annual Scholarship Award Ceremony, with Dr. Konrawan Rattanaburi presenting scholarships. The ceremony, presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Urai Jaraeprapal, Vice President of Walailak University, was held on September 5, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Phattharadhammaporn Auditorium, Walailak University Hospital.
For the Academic Year 2024, 1,401 students received scholarships from 147 funding sources, totaling 80.5 million THB. According to Asst. Prof. Dr. Arthit Boonrodchu, the scholarships include government programs such as His Majesty the King’s Scholarship, Princess Chulabhorn Scholarship, and scholarships for students with disabilities, as well as university-funded programs and initiatives supporting local communities.
The event was attended by donors, university executives, faculty members, and students. Activities included the scholarship presentation, recognition of benefactors, and expressions of gratitude from recipients—highlighting the university’s dedication to providing educational opportunities and nurturing graduates who positively contribute to society.
