Walailak University follows a two-semester academic system:
Semester 1:
Mid-June – Mid-October
Semester 2:
Early November – Mid-March
International students may have specific academic timelines required by their home institutions. With prior notice, flexible arrangements may be coordinated with the relevant teaching staff. These may include:
Individual-based intensive courses
Online examinations or alternative assessments
Such arrangements are provided on a case-by-case basis to support students in fulfilling their academic requirements within the required timeframe.
