On July 9, 2024, the WUIC Smile and Smart Center organized an engaging event titled "WUIC Students Meet Advisor and Assistant to the President." The event began with a meeting where discussions centered on the exchange program, reflections on the internationalization efforts at the university, and the challenges faced by international students.

During the meeting, students had the opportunity to voice their experiences and concerns directly to the university's leadership. Advisors and the Assistant to the President listened attentively to the students' feedback and shared insights on ongoing and future initiatives aimed at enhancing the international student experience at Walailak University International College (WUIC). Discussions included the success and areas for improvement within the exchange program, with students providing firsthand accounts of their experiences studying abroad and the cultural and academic benefits they gained. Reflections on the university's internationalization efforts highlighted the positive impact of these initiatives on fostering a diverse and inclusive campus environment.
The challenges faced by international students were also a key focus of the meeting. Students discussed issues such as language barriers, cultural adjustments, and navigating administrative processes. The university representatives provided guidance and reassurances that efforts are being made to address these challenges and improve the overall support system for international students.
