Walailak University (WU) had the distinct honor of welcoming Mr. Karma Tshosar, Deputy Chief of Mission, and Mr. Sonam Palden, Second Secretary from the Royal Bhutanese Embassy in Bangkok, during a visit held at the Chorpradu Chamber, Walailak University Hospital.
This visit marks a continuation of the strong ties initiated during WU’s courtesy visit to the Embassy in November 2024. Key discussions centered around enhancing academic collaboration, including opportunities for Bhutanese student scholarships, joint research initiatives, academic exchange programs, and the potential development of dual degree offerings.
