Dr. Wasin Praditsilp, FHEA, an acting president of BBA (International Program), Walailak University International College (WUIC), is appointed Global Alumni Ambassador with the Ambassador Pin by Macquarie University (MQ) and Higher Degree by Research (HDR), Australia.
Dr. Wasin is the key person who successfully established Thai Student Association (MQ Thai) and Thailand Alumni Network (TAN), which is part of the Australian Alumni Association. The Australian university endeavoured to establish the associations for many years, and they became solid in 2019 by the help of Dr Wasin. In November 2022, he gave an interview on his academic life before, during, and after his PhD in Sydney, where he awarded the Australian Government Scholarship (iRTP). His research in Thai soft power is acknowledged by international scholars as the first research in the Thai context.
