Dean and Vice Dean meet students

On March 10, 2023, the Walailak University International College (WUIC) Smile and Smart Center organized a special event in compliance with the university's policies for student well-being. The event, called "Dean and Vice Dean meet students," aimed to provide an opportunity for students to share their challenges and suggestions with the WUIC Dean.

The event was well-attended, with all WUIC students participating in one-on-one sessions with the Dean and Vice Dean/Vice Dean of the college. During the meetings, the students shared their personal experiences, academic challenges, and suggestions for improving the overall student experience at WUIC.

The Smile and Smart Center was established to support and promote student well-being, and the event is part of the center's efforts to engage with students and address their needs. The center provides a wide range of services, including counseling, academic support, and health and wellness programs.

The Dean and Vice Dean expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to meet with the students and hear their perspectives. They emphasized the importance of student feedback in shaping the direction of the college and its programs. The feedback gathered during the event will be used to inform the college's strategic planning and to improve the quality of education and student services at WUIC.
