On 18 March 2023, 10.00 AM - 12.30 PM, Dr Wasin Praditsilp, FHEA, a lecturer at Walailak University International College (WUIC), shared his professional experience of MarTech (Marketing Technology as a customer relationship management (CRM) tool on the webinar: “E-CRM and Its Impact on Commercial Application.” There were hundreds of participants, including undergraduate and graduate students, academics, and professionals in Indonesia, who discussed and asked questions about MarTech trends in Thailand. This webinar is the “2nd E-Marketing Insight Webinar” (from 4 special events) held by the collaboration between WUIC and Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), UNP Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ). The feedback from the event revealed that Thailand has employed wider types of MarTech in Digital Marketing when the Indonesian markets are in the phase of adopting the technology. The next, 3rd, event: “Modern Trends in Digital Marketing Research” will be organised on 15 May 2023, 10.00 AM – 12.30 PM via Zoom Cloud Meeting.
