In a heartwarming ceremony, student representatives from WUIC came together today to participate in the traditional "Wai Kru" ceremony. The event aimed to honor and express gratitude to their teachers while also immersing themselves in Thai culture.

The "Wai Kru" ceremony is a significant cultural tradition in Thailand, where students pay their respects to their teachers by presenting them with flower tray, known as a symbol of appreciation and admiration. It is also an opportunity for students to show their commitment to their education and to seek blessings for their academic endeavors.


Under the guidance of WU faculty members, WUIC's student representatives diligently prepared for the ceremony, which involved mastering the appropriate etiquette and gestures associated with the "Wai Kru" ritual.
